Where:

Recurring rate: the recurring rate of the service corresponds to the monthly price (or the billing period) of the service under optimal operating conditions, contractually established between the user and the operator, which does not contemplate the amounts billed under the mode of charges for consumption .

Total interruption time: corresponds to total service failure time accumulated throughout the entire month or the service billing period. This total time is expressed in hours and fractions of an hour, and the minimum unit of measurement is a minute.
