SCOPE

It applies to any claim presented in relation to the services provided by RACSA, which includes from the presentation to the issuance of the response with the final result of the management carried out.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

  • Requirements to request information: There are no requirements to request information.
  • Presentation of documents: You can present the justifications and / or the reference documentation wihich supports your claim through the corresponding channels.
  • Conditions of admissibility of applications: Any type of complaint or complaint that you formulate must contain the detail or the corresponding justification, as well as the reference documentation that bases your claim for the purpose of analyzing and evaluating it in a timely manner.
  • Deadlines for responding to the presentation of claims: The deadline for answering any claim submitted will be ten business days from the day following the receipt of your complaint through the corresponding channels.
