La informaci\u00f3n publicada es inexacta, carente de veracidad y fundamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Aclaraci\u00f3n sobre la Investigaci\u00f3n y el Contrato<\/strong>

1. Sin Notificaci\u00f3n Oficial:<\/strong> RACSA no ha recibido ninguna notificaci\u00f3n oficial por parte del Ministerio P\u00fablico que confirme o respalde la existencia de la investigaci\u00f3n mencionada. Por lo tanto, cualquier afirmaci\u00f3n sobre presuntas maniobras irregulares o direccionamiento indebido de contratos resulta infundada y malintencionada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


2. Legalidad del Contrato:<\/strong> El contrato al que se refiere la publicaci\u00f3n fue suscrito en 2012. Todas sus pr\u00f3rrogas se han tramitado con estricto apego al debido proceso, contando siempre con las debidas aprobaciones legales y administrativas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
